Dr. Benjamin J. Schumacher is a dual board-certified anesthesiologist with extensive experience across academic, community, and private practice settings. Currently serving as a clinical anesthesiologist with Boulder Valley Anesthesiology in Colorado, he brings a strong background in pediatric and general anesthesia, leadership, and medical education. His career includes key roles such as Medical Director at multiple surgical centers and faculty appointments at the University of Miami’s Department of Anesthesiology. Dr. Schumacher has contributed to advancing patient care through clinical excellence, mentorship, and international medical missions in Haiti. A graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, he combines compassionate, patient-centered care with a commitment to improving perioperative outcomes and advancing the field of anesthesiology.
